Sibling Discount:
A 10% discount applies for each additional child registered for the same day of enrichment class.

Changes and Cancellations:
All enrichment classes are contingent upon enrollment and may be canceled prior to the first day if we do not reach the minimum enrollment. The after school enrichment program will be closed whenever Smith Street Arts & Lettres is closed due to inclement weather. Credits will not be issued for days when school is closed due to snow. The school will notify families in the event of an early dismissal due to inclement weather.

Absences:
If your child is not planning to attend their regularly scheduled enrichment class on a particular day, please email us by 2:00pm to indicate a change in your child’s dismissal for the day. If your child should become ill during class, we will call home to have the child picked up from school. If a child misses an enrichment class due to illness or schedule conflict, we cannot offer a refund or a makeup class.

Credit and Refund Policy:
1.  If you notify us a month before the semester begins, you can apply for a 100% credit on your account for a future enrichment class enrollment, or a 75% refund.
2.  If you notify us up to two weeks before the semester begins, you may receive a 100% credit on your account for a future enrichment class enrollment, or 50% refund.
3.  If you notify us one week before the semester begins, no adjustments or credits will be offered.
4.  Enrichment class credits may not be applied to school tuition.

Class Minimum & Wait Lists:
Classes must reach a minimum of five students to run. The determination about whether the class will run will be made the first week of the session. In the event that a class must be canceled due to low enrollment, students may receive a credit toward a spot in a class with space or receive a full refund. If a class fills and goes to a waitlist, students on the waitlist will be registered automatically should a spot become available. You are not obligated to take the spot and a refund will be given if you don’t accept the spot. The software system maintains a list of students in the order in which the registration was received. If you don’t receive a spot, you will be given priority to register during the next session if the class is offered.
